c) Authentication Data: If you choose to sign in using Google Authentication, we receive your basic profile information (name, email address, and profile picture) as provided by Google. This information is used solely for authentication purposes.

d) Download History: Your download history is stored locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly sync it.

e) Log Data: In the event of an error, we may collect log data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, time and date of visit, and time spent on pages. This data is used solely for debugging and improving our Service.

Welcome to ClipFetch. By downloading, installing, or using the ClipFetch application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and ClipFetch ("we," "our," or "us").

2 Description of Service

ClipFetch is a social media video and image downloader that allows users to:

  • Analyze and preview video/image content from supported social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest)
  • Download videos and images to their personal device for offline viewing
  • Manage downloads through a queue system with priority controls
  • Use share extensions to quickly download content from other apps

3 User Eligibility

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

b) Content Ownership: All content downloaded through ClipFetch remains the property of its original creators and owners. Downloading content does not transfer any ownership or copyright rights to you.

c) Your Content: If you submit any feedback, suggestions, or improvements to the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback into the App.

6 User Accounts and Authentication

ClipFetch may offer optional account creation through Google Authentication:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account
  • You may delete your account at any time through the app settings

7 Download Limitations and Restrictions

To maintain service quality and prevent abuse, the following limitations apply:

  • Rate Limits: Downloads are subject to rate limiting (60 requests per minute per IP address) to prevent service overload.
  • Concurrent Downloads: The number of simultaneous downloads may be limited based on server capacity.
  • Content Availability: Some content may not be available for download due to restrictions imposed by the content platform or creator.
  • Quality Options: Available download qualities depend on the source content and platform capabilities.

8 Third-Party Platforms

ClipFetch interacts with third-party social media platforms. Please note:

  • We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, or any other social media platform.
  • Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
  • We do not guarantee the availability or functionality of downloads from any platform.
  • Platform restrictions or changes may affect the availability of certain features.

9 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • MERCHANTABILITY

10 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CLIPFETCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damage to your device or loss of data
  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Any content downloaded through the Service

Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

11 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ClipFetch, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the App
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
  • Any content you download or distribute through the App

12 Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Abuse of the Service
  • Requests by law enforcement
  • Discontinuation of the Service

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

13 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by:
